1. Relative to the continuous improvement of the Document Tracking System, the Records Unit in collaboration with ICT Unit of this Division and the Schools Division of Lipa City, will conduct an Orientation of Document Tracking System V2.0 on April 24, 2019, 7:30-11:30 am and 12:30-4:30 pm at Bulwagang SIGASIG.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Familiarize the participants on the features of DTS v2.0; and
b. Capacitate the participants on using DTS v2.0
3. Enclosed herewith is the list of activity participants (Batch I and 2). In case where the participant on the list is not available to attend the training, the school head is advised to send a representative. Teachers shall be entitled to service credits in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53 s. 2003 entitled Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.
4. Participants for the AM session (Batch 1) are expected to be at the venue by 7:30 AM while participants for PM session (Batch 2) are expected to be at the venue by 12:30 PM.
5. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division! School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
