1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 436, s. 2025 dated June 04, 2025, titled “Recommended Schools for Sports Supplies and Equipment Enhancement Distribution Program (SSEEDP) Batch 5”. This Division hereby announces the conduct of the monitoring on the implementation of sports supplies and equipment enhancement distribution program on November 8, 2025, onwards.
2. The Bureau of Learner Support Services-School Sports Division (BLSS-SSD) annually allocate funds for the SSEED Program to sustain and expand the School Sports Clubs initiatives, ensuring that the learners have access to the necessary resources for participation and shall be monitored and provide technical assistance.
3. Participants on this activity are the following recipients’ schools of the SSEED Program Batch 5.
