1. Pursuant to R.A. 12080 re: Basic Education Mental Health and Well-Being Promotion Act, which promotes mental health and well-being among learners in basic education and in reference to the communication received from Dr. Mary Anne A. Barzaga, Head, City Health Office regarding the conduct of Mental Health Awareness Campaign, this Division requests the participation of the Public Secondary Schools Learner Government, Barkada Kontra Droga, Youth for Environment in Schools-Organization and Red Cross Youth Council of S.Y. 2025-2026, select Teacher-Advisers and Division Learner Formation Coordinators in the conduct of “Access to Services: Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies” on October 27, 2025 (Monday), from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmarinas (KLD) Gymnasium.
2. This activity is to be conducted in partnership with the Dasmarinas CHO which aims to promote mental health awareness, resilience, and proactive intervention strategies among participants by addressing key psychological challenges and fostering a supportive environment.
3. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Food will be provided by Dasmarinas CHO while the School Heads are requested to arranged the transportation, thus participants are advised to be at the venue on or before 8:30 A.M.
4. Moreover, the learner participants are advised to confirm their attendance by accomplishing the attached Parental Consent, which shall be facilitated by the Teacher-Advisers and shall be uploaded in the given links below before October 24, 2025:

5. It is also advised that the learner participants should wear their school uniform, and school I.D. for easy identification.
