1. In response to RM 260, s. 2020 re: Profiling of All In- Service Teachers, the regional office shall conduct the profiling of all in- service public elementary and secondary teachers including head teachers.
2. This profiling aims to gather the needed data as basis for the learning and development intervention modalities, professional development and for providing them quality and efficient service. Rest assured that information will be treated with utmost confidentiality and Data Privacy Act shall be observed.
3. Teachers including the head teachers are advised to access the link @tiny.cc/db-teacher-4a preferably using their DepEd email account. Otherwise, they may use their Gmail account if DepEd email account is not available. Deadline of accomplishment of the said link is on May 7, 2020.
