1. Relative to the issuance of a DepEd Memorandum dated 24 October 2025, Re: Adoption of Work From Home Arrangement for Non-Teaching Personnel during the Midyear Break/Wellness Break, this office recognizes the need for promoting the well-being of its employees while ensuring the continuity of public service.

2. All non-teaching personnel both in school and division based including Job Orders (J0s) and Contract of Service (COS) personnel may be allowed to render services through a WFH arrangement consistent with DepEd Order No. 4, 2025 (Guidelines on the Implementation of Flexible Work Arrangements for Non Teaching Personnel). However, those personnel whose jobs by their very nature cannot be performed remotely or adopt work from home are excluded from this issuance.

3. School Heads, Division Chiefs and Unit Heads shall ensure that personnel are given tasks to perform to the full extent by preparing a Work Arrangement Plan indicating the schedule of personnel authorized to a WFH arrangement and on-site skeleton workforce. They shall monitor and record attendance through the Individual Daily Logs and Accomplishment Report (IDLAR). Failure of personnel to accomplish assigned task/ s and non-submission of the IDLARs shall be deemed absent.
