1. Authority is hereby granted to Mr. Noel D. Anciado and Ms. Fragilyn B. Rafael, Education Program Supervisors, to conduct the Planning Meeting for the Division Schools Press Conference on November 4, 2025 (Tuesday), from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at the Dasmarinas II Central School Library.

2. The meeting shall cover the following agenda items:
a. Room assignments and total number of room proctors needed;
b. Opening and closing program arrangements;
c. Terms of Reference (TOR) for each committee;
d. Food and other logistical concerns; and
e. Other related matters.

3. Travel expenses incurred by participants in attending this face-to-face activity shall be charged against available local school funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Participation in this activity shall strictly adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005, Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and other existing DepEd policies and guidelines.

5. Moreover, all participants and committees are reminded to strictly comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019, Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021, Banning Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Trainings and Activities.
