1. Pursuant to the implementation of the DepEd Joint Memorandum on the Engagement for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) needs and in line with the Division’s commitment to ensure accurate ICT equipment inventory and proper personnel documentation, this Office informs the field of the conduct of a face-to-face coordination meeting on November 17, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Bulwagang Sigasig, City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.

2. Agenda of the said meeting are as follows:
a. Review and update of ICT equipment and personnel inventory in preparation for the upcoming Division-wide inventory;
b. Alignment of documentation processes between ICT and schools;
c. Consolidation of personnel and equipment master lists; and
d. Other related matters.

3. The following personnel shall attend the said meeting:
a. School Property Custodians; and
b. School Personnel in-charge.

4. Participation in this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.

5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to the said meeting shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
