1. The Public Assistance and Action Center (PAAC) of the Department of Education is a unit that primarily receives and aids in addressing public inquiries and concerns related to education that are coursed through various channels, including, but not limited to, text messages, phone calls, emails, 8888 Citizen’s Complaint Center, Civil Service Commission’s Contact Center ng Bayan, among others.

2. These inquiries and concerns received by the Public Assistance and Action Center of the Department of Education are then forwarded to the Regional and Schools Division Offices for appropriate action. The inquiries and concerns aforementioned are of importance and are in need of immediate response from the school or personnel involved.

3. Therefore, to address these matters expeditiously, all Public Assistance and Action Center inquiries and concerns received by the City Schools Division Office of Dasmarinas shall be sent directly through email to the school and/or the relevant personnel. The school or personnel shall send their answer directly to the client through email, if their email is provided, and copy furnished the following emails:

If the email of the client is not provided or the complaint was filed anonymously, the same shall be sent to all the emails mentioned above.
