1. To equip school-based and division-based instructional leaders with the knowledge, skills, and competencies on developing classroom-based assessments anchored on a smartly-designed Assessment Plan and Table of Specifications, and on integrating concepts of International Large-Scale Assessments (ILSAs) in designing classroom-based assessment aimed towards improvement of learning outcomes, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), is set to conduct the Reskilling of Instructional Leaders on Classroom-based and International Large-Scale Assessments on November 27-28, 2025 and January 15, 2026, 8:00am-5:00pm, at The Bayleaf Hotel, General Trias City.

2. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the Program of Activities, List of Participants, and List of Technical Working Group (TWG) Members.

3. All expected participants are reminded of the following instructions:
3.1 Be at the venue not later than 7:30 am of each training day for the Registration and Attendance.
3.2 Bring a laptop and extension cord for workshop activities.
3.3 Participants with medical and health concerns are advised to bring their prescription medicines.
