1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015 re: Guidelines on the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (SIP), all public elementary and secondary schools, in particular the School Planning Team, shall submit their Annual Implementation Plan / Work and Financial Plan for FY 2026 on or before December 10, 2025 via email at planning.dasma@deped.gov.ph.
2. The submitted WFP shall include priority improvement areas identified in the following plan, tools and assessments:
A. Program Implementation Review, 1st to 3rd Quarter FY 2025
B. School Improvement Plan, September 29, 2025
C. School-Based Management (SBM) Assessment, November 10, 2025
D. WINS Monitoring Tool, August 2025
E. Hazard Mapping and CSS Monitoring Tool, February to April 2025
F. School Building and Facilities Assessment
3. Submitted WFP shall be reviewed ONLINE by the WFP Appraisal Team from December 11-12, 15-17, 2025 and feedback and suggestions from the appraisal shall be sent via email to the concerned schools after the review process on December 19, 2025.
