1. Following the mandate of the MATATAG Agenda on giving support to teachers to teach better, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division announces the conduct of the Division Rollout on Upskilling of English Teachers in Language Instruction on December 4-6, 2024 at Elijah Hotel, Salawag, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
2. The activity aims to:
a. strengthen teachers’ proficiency in teaching grammar, vocabulary, and discourse in a contextualized manner
b. enhance instructional strategies for advanced language skills, including reading comprehension, critical writing, and effective speaking and listening
c. master differentiated instruction to address diverse language proficiencies and learning styles among learners
d. develop teachers’ capacity to foster creativity, critical thinking, and communicative competence in students.

4. To ensure the smooth conduct of the training, a virtual planning conference will be held on January 15,2025, and will be attended by the Division Program Management Team and resource speakers. The meeting link will be sent prior to the conference.
