In cognizance with the Department of Education , City Schools Division of Dasmariias and Local Government of the City of Dasmariñas’s agreement in sending communications/ letter to the latters office and various instances of non-compliance in observing protocol, this office is hereby reiterating the following:
I. All letter correspondence, request, complaints and the like should have the approved recommendation of the Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) in charged of the Cluster District, properly endorsed by the respective school principal/ administrators/ in-charge
2. No communication, letter/ request should be sent to the Office of the City Mayor without the notation of the Schools Division Superintendent and in the absence or inavailability of the SDS the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent can sign in her behalf
3. Content of this Order should be properly disseminated and complied. Failure to do so, PSDS, School Principal and Teachers concerned will be dealt with administratively.
