The Department of Education City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the FY2021 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act 11518 intends to apply the sum of two million eight hundred forty-two thousand four hundred ninety-eight & 24/100 pesos only (PhP2,842,498.24) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of CY2021 Basic Educational Facilities Fund – Repair of Classrooms at Salitran Elementary School – CY2021 BEFF RC 01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
