The Department of Education City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the FY2020 General Appropriation Act RA 11465 and FY2021 General Appropriation Act RA 11518 intends to apply the sum of four million six hundred fifty thousand two hundred forty pesos only (PhP4,650,240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot of the Procurement of Multipurpose Paper under the Basic Education – Learning Continuity Plan. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
