The Department of Education City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, FY2021 General Appropriations Act Republic Act 11518 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Four Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos Only (PhP12,489,120.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
