The Department of Education City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the FY2021 General Appropriations Act, Republic Act 11518 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six & 57/100 Pesos only (PhP13,210,336.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
