In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 067, s. 2017 re: 2017 TEA GOVERNANCE FORUM, this Office informs all concerned of the conduct of the 2017 TEA Governance Forum at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City, Rizal on February 23, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 4:00 P.M.
Participants to the said forum are the following:

• Chiefs 2
• Education Program Supervisor 11
• Public Schools District Supervisor 10
• Senior Education Program Specialists 4
• Education Program Specialists 4
• Planning Officer 1
• Project Development Officer 2
• Elementary and Sec. School Heads 40
• Unit Heads 6
TOTAL 81
In view of the foregoing, a registration fee of one hundred fifty pesos (Php 150) per participant shall be collected to cover administrative expenses of the region. The participants’ registration fee shall be forwarded to the CSDO c/a Ms. Yeka V. Grifaldo on Monday, February 13, 2017.
