Pagbasa, the field is hereby informed of the following additional provisions:
1. Mechanics of the Creative Story Telling Contest (Teachers’ Category)
a. This contest is open to all public school teachers from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4.
b. There is no limit as to the number of participants per school.
c. Contestants are free to use any story appropriate for Key Stage 1 learners (English or Filipino, foreign or local). They shall mention the title of the selection and the name of the author of the text.
d. Considering the attention span of the learners, entries should not exceed 5 minutes.

2. Mechanics of the Literary Character Portrayal Contest (School Head’s Category)
a This contest is open to all school heads of public schools.
b. Contestants are free to portray any literary character (from foreign or local
literary text, English or Filipino).
c. Entries should not exceed 2 minutes.
