With reference to Division Memorandum No.003, s. 2020 re: Conduct of Reading Validation Assessment, the field is hereby informed of the additional details of the Memorandum, to wit:
a. All teachers of English and Filipino are requested to help in administering the reading assessment. Other teachers who are willing to serve are highly encouraged. However, strict compliance with time-on-task policy must be observed. Teachers who will be involved beyond their six-hour teaching loads shall be granted service credits equivalent to one day for every six hours of accumulated services rendered as indicated in DepEd Memo No. 291 s. 2008 and
Regional Memo No. 550 s. 2018.
b. Head/ Key Teachers of English and Filipino subjects shall serve as team leaders for the assurance of smooth flow of the activity. They are tasked to coordinate with the Elementary School Heads regarding schedule and scheme. They are also tasked to fix the schedule of the teachers who will go with them to the assigned schools. …
