In view of the issuance by the Office of the President of Memorandum Circular on Community Quarantine Over the Entire Luzon and Further Guidelines for the Management of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-2019) Situation on March 16, 2020 requiring, among others, strict home quarantine and work from home arrangements in the executive branch of the government subject to exceptions provided therein, all concerned parties in complaints and cases pending before the City Schools Division Office of Dasmariñas are hereby informed of the following:

a. All scheduled fact-finding and/or preliminary investigations and formal investigations in the Division Office are cancelled from March 17, 2020 to April 13, 2020 or until such time that the declaration of Enhanced Community Quarantine or Community Quarantine has been lifted. The parties will be duly notified of the resetting in writing.

b. The deadlines for submission of counter-affidavits/comments and other pleadings in the Division Office falling within the period provided are extended for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days counted from April 13, 2020 or from the time the declaration of Enhance Community Quarantine or Community Quarantine has been lifted as the case may be.

These guidelines are not intended to delay the proceedings in complaints and cases but is provided to ensure the safety and protection of all concerned parties. The Division Office is still accepting complaints against officials and employees of the Division in accordance with the requirements provided in DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2006. All complaints may be forwarded to the Division Office thru email at dasmarinas.city@deped.gov.ph .
