Attached herewith is Proclamation No. 176 was issued by the Office of the President, Malacanang Palace, City of Manila, declaring March 22, 2023, Wednesday as Non-Working Holiday in the entire province of Cavite in commemoration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines.
Classes and work in both public and private schools are hereby suspended on the said date.
