In reference to Division Memorandum No. 108, s. 2020 titled Dissemination of Guidelines on Enrollment for the Year 2020-2021 in the Context of Public Health Emergency Due to Covid-19 stating that any form of physical submission of enrollment data shall only be done on the 3rd week of the enrollment period which shall be done in coordination with the local government units (LGUs), authority is hereby granted to Mrs. Serma H. Hernandez and Mrs. Maria Francesca C. Fadri, Education Program Specialist II, ALS, to distribute Alternative Learning System enrollment and survey forms (ALS Form 2) to different ALS Community Learning Centers in the City of Dasmariñas on June 16, 2020, 9:00 AM— 3:00 PM.
Clear and strict protocols on health precautions and social distancing measures during travel/transportation to ensure consistency of health precaution as stated in Division Memorandum no. 62 s, 2020 shall be observed.
