To avoid influx of applications for correction of entries in the scholastic records of students from public and private schools in the Legal Unit of this Division at the end of every school year, the field is hereby directed to remind parents and students to process their application in the early months of School Year 2018-2019 to prevent delay in issuance of correction order by the Regional Office.
A copy of Regional Memorandum dated October 05, 2015 re: Submission and Verification of Applications for Correction of Entries in the Scholastic Records in the Division Offices is attached herein for reference.
The aforesaid directive is being issued to improve efficiency in processing of applications in the Legal Unit to the satisfaction of its clients.
