To ensure that learning resource management and development is implemented well, the Curriculum Implementation Division through its Learning Resource Management and Development Section shall conduct a Learning Resource Monitoring and Evaluation from September 26-November 22, 2018 in all elementary, junior, and senior high schools in this Division.
The objectives of the activity are (1) to account the LR to learner ratio; (2) to identify the problems in the deliveries and acceptance of LRs; (3) to address the issues and concerns for Project DARE; (4) to monitor the status of reading areas and libraries; and (5) to validate the LR plans submitted to LRMD. The LR monitoring team shall be composed of Leylanie V. Adao, Marites K. Chavez, and Katrezia Fiel G. Macawile.
As such, we would like to request all schools to prepare Inspection and Acceptance Reports of Textbooks, Teaching Manuals, Science, Math, and TVL Equipment for monitoring and evaluation.
School heads, property custodians, and selected teachers are requested to prepare for a focus group discussion to be facilitated by our designated monitors.
