Participants are the Mathematics Head Teachers and Key Administrators. Participants are advised to bring the following data:
1. Progress report on numeracy intervention program
2. Progress report on job embedded learning (JEL) per school
3. Progress report monitoring on the utilization of tools to promote constructivist classroom in mathematics by school
4. Progress report monitoring report on evaluating effective mathematics program by school
5. Report on the intervention program on the least learned competencies by grade level of the first periodical test by grade. Please follow the template below……
