To ensure that the development of learning modules and story books is in accordance with the set schedule of activities as reflected in the Division Memorandum No. 758 dated June 7, 2018 re: Project DARE (Development of Alternative Resources for Education) Schedule of Activities, this Division through the district supervisors shall conduct simultaneous monitoring of schools starting July 2018 in connection to the said project. The monitoring tool is attached in this Memorandum.
Also, the distribution of tasks per school is attached in this Memorandum for your information. However, schools who have not yet submitted the list of developers and illustrators are instructed to contact the LR section of the Division.
Further, the schools are advised to submit through their respective district supervisors, the final action plan for the conduct of this project signed by the school principal as agreed upon during the conduct of the Division Capacity Building for LR Evaluators, Developers, and Evaluators last May 16-18, 2018.
