In yearning to deliver quality trainings as supported by previously issued memoranda pertaining to Learning and Development System, all proponents must complete the cycle of a training starting from the submission of its proposal and must cap the process by submitting an online ACR as detailed in Division Memorandum No. 141, s. 2019.
