1. Relative to the Regional Coordination Meeting on Brigada Eskwela 2016 held in Tanauan City High School, Tanauan City, Batangas on May 17, 2016, below are some reminders and clarifications raised during the meeting, which we wish to share with you:

• Make sure that the Brigada Eswkela (BE) efforts are aligned with your School Improvement Plan (SIP). As per the Regional Committee on BE, part of the evaluation (and scoring of Best BE Implementers) is the accomplishment of BE-related plans/ activities indicated in the SIP.
• As classification guide, schools with enrollment less than 1,000 shall be classified as SMALL SCHOOL, while those with 1,000 and above shall be classified as LARGE SCHOOL. This applies to both elementary and secondary schools and those with special programs.
• The generated resources to be included in the BE report are ALL donations for Brigada Eskwela received from JULY 2015 up to JUNE 30, 2016. This means that the resources declared on the report will go beyond those generated during the Brigada Week (May 30-June 4). As per the Regional Office and Central Office, AS LONG AS THE DONATION/SUPPORT IS INTENDED FOR BRIGADA ESKWELA, REGARDLESS OF THE DATE
OF DONATION/TURN OVER, it must be included in the report on BE generated resources.
