In compliance to DepEd Order No. 28, s. 2016 all public elementary and secondary schools are hereby directed to enhance the Fire Safety and Awareness Program (FSAP) of schools and ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of the program and facilitate compliance of the schools to the Fire Code.
In consonance, this office is requiring all schools to submit a hard copy of the necessary reports stipulated below based on the DepEd school year on or before December 14, 2016, c/o SGOD office.
1. 3rd Quarter Fire Drill and Fire Safety Lecture for Learners and School Personnel
2. Plan of Action to Address Deficiencies / Violations
3. School Fire Safety Plan
