This Office hereby announces the conduct of the First Periodical Examination which is scheduled on August 09 to 10, 2018.
In conformity with this, all test questionnaires per grade level are expected to be in this Office on or before July 26, 2018. Test items should be properly checked and signed by the Principal and Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS) before submitting to this Office for further evaluation of the Education Program Supervisors (EPS).
Further, funds for printing of the test papers shall be charged from school MOOE. Likewise, schools are allowed to choose their own printing press however posting to PhilGEPS is a requirement to choose the lowest bidder.
