Relative to the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Memorandum Circular No. 015, s. 2020 re: Moratorium on all Loan Payments of GSIS Members and Pensioners affected by Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and email from the GSIS Membership Department re: Submission of List of Members Not Availing of the GSIS Loan Moratorium, all teaching and non-teaching personnel of the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas with loan accounts who do not intend to avail of the moratorium program are advised to submit a notice to this office. Enclosed is the said Memorandum Circular more information.
All notices shall be submitted through email to micah.ortiz@deped.gov.ph using official DepEd email of the member indicating their Full Name, GSIS BP Number and Name of School. The deadline is on April 17, 2020, at 12:00 nn.
