Pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Form 1 specifically on the Statement of Duties and Responsibilities of Master Teachers, particularly on item 18, ‘Conducts in-depth studies or action researches on instructional problems.” This Office directs all master teachers to conduct action research studies to address instructional gaps and challenges to better improve pupils’ learning outcomes and school governance.
For this purpose, the school heads in coordination with the school research focal are requested to submit working research titles of their master teachers under their jurisdiction. However, Teacher I-Ill, Head Teachers, Senior High School Teachers, School Heads, and other school personnel may submit their research titles.
Furthermore, the action research studies to be conducted will be used in the forthcoming 2nd CITY OF DASMARIÑAS RESEARCH ASSEMBLY this year.
Kindly submit the research titles not later than July 11, 2016 at the Division Planning and Research Unit through Dr. John G. Nepomuceno.
