Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022 which pertains to “School Calendar and Activities for the SY 2022-2023” and in compliance with the provisions of the Learning Recovery Plan, this Office will spearhead a virtual meeting on October 20, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. The meeting link will be provided through your respective group chats for further dissemination.
Participants to the said online activity are the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, two (2) Chiefs (CID/SGOD), Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Unit/Section Heads and selected School Heads of six (6) schools recommended for Blended Learning Modality on November 2, 2022.
The said six (6) schools are the following:
a. Humayao Elementary School
b. Piela Elementary School
C. Pintong Gubat Elementary School
d. Dasmarinas North National High School
e. Dasmarinas West National High School
f. Edilberto S. Legaspi Integrated High School
Furthermore, each school shall prepare and submit the following:
a. School condition with basic education input data on enrollment, classroom, teachers, etc.
b. Certification stating that all means were exhausted for full face-to-face classes but still applying for exemption based on the attached data.
c. Operation Plan of blended learning modality.
