1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding A Division Mass Training of Teachers (MTOT) for Grade 5 Teachers of the K To 12 Basic Education Program on April 4- 9, 2016 at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort, Brgy. Capipisa, Tanza, Cavite.
2. This six- day Training Workshop aims to:
2.1 provide teachers with concrete understanding of the Grade 5 Curriculum, learning standards and competencies, assessment, and teaching plans;
2.2 provide teachers with the opportunities to acquire and demonstrate the cognitive and affective competencies they need in the effective implementation of the Grade 5 curriculum; and
2.3 ensure that teachers are properly equipped with capabilities to perform various tasks in the effective delivery of the curriculum and their role as facilitators of learning.
3. Participants to this activity are Two Hundred Ninety Five (295) Grade 5 teachers; Fifty five (55) male and Two Hundred Forty (240) female, division personnel, (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants)
4. Participants are also advised to bring reference materials (books in all subject areas), laptop, extension cord, and pocket wifi per school.
5. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Funds for this purpose shall be charged to the Human Resource Training and Development (HRTD) Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing procedures.
6. Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program.
7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
