Relative to the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs and Special Concerns dated June 28, 2022, this Division through the School Governance and Operations Division – Youth Formation Program would like to request all Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government Teacher- Advisers to accomplish the required information for the registry of all recognized school clubs and organizations on or before August 1, 2022.
