1. Authority is hereby granted to the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Galileo L. Go, to conduct a meeting on July 31, 2024 (Wednesday), 2:00 pm at Bulwagang Sigasig (2nd floor SiGaSig Building).
2. The agenda of the meeting are as follows:
- Provision of technical assistance relative to the Procurement Process for Printing of Learning Resources for MaTaTaG Curriculum;
- Guidelines on the Delivery and Distribution of DCP Packages 2023 & 2024
3. Participants in this activity are all Public School Heads and their respective Administrative Officer II/Administrative Assistant in-charge of Property and Supply Unit.
4. Expenses incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual government accounting rules and procedures.
