1. In view of the regular structural safety assessment of the Schools Division Office Building and to ensure safety of all its occupants, effective August 3, 2022, Offices of the functional units under the OSDS, CID and SGOD are temporarily located at the following venue:
a. CSDO Library – SDS Office, ASDS Office, Legal Unit, Learning Resource, OSDS Personnel.
b. Bulwagang Sigasig – CID and SGOD Functional Units
c. Ground Floor Hallway of Bulwagang Sigasig -Records Unit
d. Second Floor of 3 Storey Building beside Bulwagang Sigasisg-ICT Unit
e. Third Floor of 3 Storey building beside Bulwagang Sigasig – Budget, Finance, Cashier Personnel
f. DIHS Clinic – Health and Nutrition Unit
g. DIHS Building for Module Storage and Distribution – Supply Unit
2. Operational measures and intervention are being implemented for the unhampered delivery of services and all personnel are on 100% workforce in regular office hours.
3. Anent this, all School Heads are advised and requested to devote a temporary space in their respective schools for occupancy of the assigned Public Schools District Supervisor in the cluster.
4. Immediate dissemination and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
