1. Relative to the DepEd Order No. 20 s. 2021 titled Enhanced Guidelines on Accreditation/ Re-Accreditation of Private entities under the Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) Program, it stated that every 3rd day of current month, the verifier shall furnish the Regional Payroll Service Unit with the list of verified insurance/ premia/ membership contributions.
2. In compliance with the above issuance, the Designated Verifier are instructed to update the list provided on the link bit.ly/DepEdDasmaAPDSReport every end of the month.
