1. This Office, through the CID-Learning Resource Management and Development, requests all official School LR Coordinator in the Division to
accomplish this profile update form (https://bit.ly/DSMLRCoor) on or before September 14, 2022. School LR Coordinators shall be issued a Special Order inclusive of the roles and responsibilities in learning resource management in schools.
2. The Special Order is effective three years from the date of issuance to ensure operational continuity in curriculum delivery. In case of transfer, resignation, or retirement, the designated School LR Coordinator shall notify the School Head and Division LRMD at least two weeks prior to prepare the next personnel to be in charge. School LR Coordinator shall facilitate the turnover of responsibilities along with the necessary files and records.
