1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 43. S. 2017 re: Teacher Induction Program Policy and Executive Order No. 292 also known as the Revised Administrative Code of 1987 under Section 40 or the Oaths of Office for Public Officers and Employees, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be conducting the Division Virtual Induction Program Cum Oath Taking Ceremony for Newly Hired, Reclassified and Promoted Personnel 2022 on December 12, 2022, Monday at 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN via Microsoft Teams. All newly promoted and reclassified personnel are expected to attend the Part II of the program (Oath Taking) at 10:15 AM.
2. The activity aims to:
a. enhance the newly hired personnel in terms of knowledge, competencies, values, skills, awareness on their functions and duties as public servants;
b. execute that all public officers and employees of the government, including every member of the armed forces, shall, before entering upon the discharge of duties, take an oath or affirmation to uphold and defend the Constitution;
c. bear true faith and allegiance to it; obey the laws, legal orders and decrees promulgated by the duly constituted authorities;
d. faithfully discharge to the best of their abilities the duties of the office or position upon which he/she is about to enter; and
e. voluntary assume the obligation imposed by their oath of office, without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
3. Participants to these activities are the newly hired, reclassified, and promoted personnel (Teaching, Teaching-Related and Non-Teaching) from January 2021 to December 2022 who have not yet undergone Division-initiated induction program and/or have not yet attended Division-initiated oath taking ceremony.
4. Participants shall pre-register on or before December 9, 2022, Friday using the link bit.ly/InductionOathTaking2022. Link for the virtual platform will be sent to participant’s registered email.
