1. In accordance with Regional Memo No. 53, s. 2021 titled Guidelines on the Suggested Means of Verification in Assessing and validating the School-Based Management Level of Practice, this Office hereby informs the field of the required submission of recommended SBM Level 3 Practice of schools on July 16, 2021.
2. The basis of assessment will be based from SY 2017-2018 to 2019-2020 utilizing the suggested guidelines and provided in the above captioned Regional issuance.
3. In view of the foregoing, the Division Field Technical Teammates (DFTATs) shall conduct an assessment and validation of SBM level of practice of public elementary and secondary school under their coverage to purposely ascertain the existence of mechanisms, processes, and practices in all indicators. The SBM assessment and validation is not a competition nor a race to the top but underscores continuous improvement of schools ultimately for the benefit of the learners and in enhancing learning outcomes in the context of the new normal.
4. The DFTAT shall observe the CY 2021 SBM Level of Practice self-assessment and Division validation schedule of activities indicated as follows:
