I. In strengthening the Adopt-a-School Program of the 43 schools vested by Republic Act 8525, this Division introduces its campaign through a program and a banner mantra both titled Discovering Heroes. This campaign aims to determine individuals, groups, and organizations who have selfless hearts and generous dedication in supporting DepEd Programs implemented by this Division.
2. The program shall be officially launched during the first Management Committee Meeting of FY 2020.
3. For Division Office, the Social Mobilization and Networking (SMN) Unit shall distribute the Project Support Request Form (QMS-SMN-F01) among all the units on January 10, 2020 to determine possible support needs that will serve as SMN’s corner stone in scouting possible
partnerships.
4. For Schools, the School Partnership Data shall be submitted quarterly on the last Fridays of March, June, September, and December. The report template (.xlsx file) is to be downloaded via DPDS and shall be filled out correctly. The accomplished report shall be submitted through DPDS and a copy must be sent to socmob(21)depeddasma.edu.ph with the file name and subject name as CompleteNameOfSchool_DPDS_lstQuarter (example: DasmariñaslntegratedHighSchool_DPDS_lst Quarter).
In connection to this, all schools with inactive DPDS Account must submit the official school e-mail address to socmob(i)depeddasma.edu.ph on January 8, 2019 with the Complete Name of the School as its subject.
5. Adopt-a-School Program (ASP) Coordinators of each school may charge transportation expenses for official partnership scouting and meeting against available local school funds.
