1. Pursuant to the National Budget Circular No. 579 s. 2020 dated January 24, 2020, the field is directed to submit the following on or before February 25, 2020:
a. Notice of Salary Adjustment — 3 sets in hard copy
a. 1. January and December 2019 Payslip
b. Agency Remittance Advise Form C (ARA Form C) email to lovelyanne.prieto@deped.gov.ph
2. Moreover, personnel in-charge are advised to update service record and other related documents.
3. The abovementioned Circular shall take effect on January 1, 2020.
4. The salary adjustment under this Circular shall be subjected to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, and to appropriate re-adjustment if found not in order. The personnel concerned shall return any overpayments received.
