In compliance with the requirements of the Civil Service Commission for the ratification and registration for the 2025 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) of the National Employees Union, all concerned permanent non-teaching personnel are hereby requested to submit the CNA Ratification template on or before October 23, 2026.

3. Employees entitled to CNAI who were appointed within the FY 2025 may be manually encoded at the bottom-most part of the list. Use another column to indicate their date of appointment.
