1. Compliant to Division Memorandum No. 590, s. 2024 titled Conduct of the Division Diagnostic Test for SY 2024-2025, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, would like to guide all public elementary and secondary schools in the collection, consolidation, and submission of Diagnostic Test Results for SY 2024-2025.

2. All schools are instructed to utilize the excel-based tools, downloadable from the “Diagnostic Test Tools” tab of the CID Microsite at https://cid.depeddasma.edu.ph/old-microsite/ppas/assessment. The accomplished tools shall then be submitted through the “Submission of Consolidated Tools” tab at
the same CID Microsite link not later than September 6, 2024.

3. All Teachers, Master Teachers, Head Teachers, School Heads, Public Schools District Supervisors, and Education Program Supervisors are advised to refer back to Unnumbered Division Memorandum dated November 2, 2022 titled Technical Assistance Provision to Schools on Identified Priority Learning
Competencies based on Diagnostic Tests and E-QWART Results
for guidance on how the results must be gathered, consolidated, analyzed, interpreted and addressed through various appropriate interventions, including provision of technical assistance. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the aforementioned Unnumbered Memorandum.
