1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division Management Committee (MANCOM) Meeting on August 22, 2024, 8:00 A.M. at the University Auditorium, Philippine Christian University, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
2. The participants of the aforementioned activity are the Schools Division Superintendent, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Division Chiefs, Education Program Supervisors, Public Schools District Supervisors, Division Unit and Section Heads, School Heads and selected stakeholders.
3. It is understood that NO PROXY IS ALLOWED to attend on behalf of the abovementioned participants.
4. Presenters are advised to follow the agenda and observe the time strictly. Further, smart casual attire is preferred.
5. Certificates of Appearance for this activity will be issued by the Schools Division Office of Dasmarinas City- Administrative Services.
6. Participants shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in the Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
7. Expenses incurred during the activity shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
