1. Relative to Deped Orders No. 52, s. 2016 and No. 19, s. 2016 entitled New Organizational Structure of the Central, Regional and School Division Offices of the Department of Education, and Guidelines on the Organizational Structures and Staffing Patterns of Stand-Alone and Integrated Public Senior High Schools, the field is hereby informed of the creation of the Division Youth Formation Core Volunteers in the City Schools Division of Dasmarifias.
2. The Division Youth Formation Core Volunteers will assist the Division Youth Formation Coordinators in the following:
a. Managing and monitoring youth programs of the schools within the Division, including but not limited to the implementation of the Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government (SSG) as well as other co-curricular and extra-curricular organizations, clubs and programs;
b. Managing and monitoring the implementation of the career guidance program in the Senior High Schools;
c. Training of Teacher-Advisers and providing Technical Assistance, when needed; and
d. Reporting to the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) in the Division Office.
3. The Division Youth Formation Core Volunteers shall be designated through a Division Special Order, signed by the Schools Division Superintendent, and shall render at least three (3) years in service.
4. The Division Youth Formation Core Volunteers shall be composed of 20 Teacher-Advisers from the different School Youth Organizations and Clubs selected through a Division screening. The volunteers must have the following qualifications:
a. Have passion for the youth and can walk the extra mile;
b. Have been elected or have been active Youth Student Leaders in School;
c. Have organizing, training management and mobilization skills; and
d. Willing to train and be trained;

5. To apply as a volunteer, submit your Letter of Intent, addressed to the OIC- Schools Division Superintendent, Mr. Christopher R. Diaz, through the SGOD Chief, Emmanuel L. Resurreccion, Ed.D., Curriculum Vitae and Recommendation Letter from the School Head via email at yfp@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before March 8, 2019.
