“Adoption of KRT 3: Quality Assurance and Accountability Framework” Institutionalization of the Quality Management System in DepEd through Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance and Monitoring and Evaluation, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas through the School Governance and Operations Division – Monitoring and Evaluation Unit will conduct the Division Training Workshop on QATAME and Varied Tools in Monitoring and Evaluation of Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for Proper Utilization of M&E Tools on April 15-16, 2019 at Hotel Rafael, Centennial Hall, De La Salle University – Dasmariñas.
2. The activity aims to:
a. Gain an in-depth understanding on Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance and Monitoring and Evaluation;
b. Discuss the roles and responsibilities of a QATAME Associate;
c. Revisit the processes and/or steps concerning the implementation of QATAME tools;
d. Create an on-line evaluation link of QATAME tools and conduct of on-site validation and data analysis;
e. Use on-line and off-line Quick Response Code (QR Code) and customization tools; and
f. Share practices, experiences, issues and concerns encountered in the preparation and submission of reports and implementation of QATAME through focus group discussion.
3. Participants to this training are the school monitoring and evaluation coordinators and select CSDO Personnel. (Please see attached list of participants)
4. Participants are requested to bring laptops, extension cords, and pocket wifi (if available).
5. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
