1. To provide a centralized system of learning resource access that be shared by both teachers and learners, the Learning Resource Management and Development Section shall conduct an Orientation-Workshop on Koha Online Integrated Library System on April 23, 2019, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at SHS ICT Lab, Congressional Integrated High School.
2. This activity aims to provide school teacher-librarians and library-in-charge the mechanics of a union catalog through Koha, capacitate teacher-librarians and library-in-charge about searching and cataloguing using the system, and provide an avenue to discuss technical concerns on the said system.
3. Enclosed herewith are the schedule of activities and list of participants. The workshop matrix provided and respective participants thereof shall be strictly observed.
4. Participants are required to bring the list of all school teaching and non-teaching employees as well as their respective employee numbers, one (1) fiction book, and one (1) non-fiction book.
