1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 78 s. 2019 re: Regional Mass Training of Teachers and Career Advocates on Career Guidance Strategies, this Division, through the SGOD- Youth Formation Unit, will conduct a three (3) day live —out Division Training on Career Guidance Trends and Strategies for Career Guidance Advocates in support to the implementation of Career Guidance Program on April 10-12, 2019 at the Bulwagang SiGaSig, CSDO.
2. This training aims to update teachers and career advocates on the current trends and strategies on career guidance. They are also expected to be equipped of the necessary knowledge and skills in conducting School-based training on Career Guidance Trends and Strategies.
3. Participants to the said training are the Senior High School Guidance Counselors/Guidance Teachers, Grade ii and Grade 12 Class advisers/Career Guidance Advocates. Please see Enclosure No. 1 for the number of participants per school and list of Division Facilitators. Also, enclosed with this Memorandum are the Program Matrix and Training Matrix.

5. Teacher-participants and facilitators of this training shall be entitled to service credits in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53 s. 2003 entitled Updated Guideline on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.
6. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Travel expenses of the participants shall be charged to School Local Funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
